Breeze is one of our great lesson horses. His birthday is April 5, 1994 and he is a 15 hand sorrel with a great personality. Our only reason for selling is we have too many lesson horses. We know he will make someone a great friend. He rides excellent and will take leads, run barrels, poles, etc.

Scooter is a 15 hand sorrel gelding that has been used to sort and cut cattle, and primarily serve as a lesson horse for the last 6 years. Scooter is a great horse to start your child on barrels and poles, as well as many other play day events. He is only being offered for sale because we have 6 lesson horses. Poco Forrest Macburn- 6 yr old QH Gelding
"Forrest" is an awesome 15'2 hand registered quarter horse gelding that has been being ridden by lesson students at our ranch. He trails great, loads the trailer and hauls great, bathes great, trims and clips great, and loves being handled. He is also being started on barrels and poles at this time and is moving off the leg, stopping, and backing great. Get him now while he is priced cheap. The price will go up as he progresses on the barrel and pole pattern. Priced to sell at $1300.
Will consider discount if you board him at our ranch. Will also consider a lease to own with 1 year boarding agreement and 2 lessons per month for one year.
Lease to own option would be $300/month for one year and would include pasture board to include hay and water, use of our facilities, and 2 lessons per month. You would own him after the completion of 1 year contract.

Fury- 10 Year Old Un-Registered Beautiful Black Gelding
Fury is an excellent riding horse that has been there and done that...
He is 10 years old, 15 Hands tall, and comes with current health papers and coggins test. He will ride for anyone and loves the trails. Fury will walk, jog, canter, side pass, and stop without any problems.
Fury was previously loved and ridden by a 12 year old girl on trails up and down hills, through creeks, and mud. He gave absolutely no problems and loved being spoiled. He is only selling because the family cannot afford to take care of him anymore.
At Grassland we have put him through the tests and he has received our "A" rating on looks, personaliy, and riding. Come visit us and try him out and you will love him too.

Reddy is a super sweet and loving un-registered gelding who loves to trail ride. He will side pass, walk, jog, canter, and back with no problems. He loves dinner time and will come running when he hears a whistle.

Jesse- 4 Yr Old Registered QH Mare 14'1 Hands
Jesse is an amazing young girl. She has tons of potential to excel in roping, sorting, barrel racing, and more. I bought this mare as a personal project and put several days ground work on her. She has had 4 rides but hasn't been ridden in about 8 months. The price reflects her not being ridden but if you come try her on the ground you will love her ground work and manners. She is very sweet and willing. I simply do not have time to continue with her. If she hasn't sold within a few weeks she will be going to a trainer to work the green out and I will continue at that point to train her in barrels. Any kid who knows how to ride can ride him; however, an experience kid or adult is a must to run barrels or poles because he is super fast.
